We have purchased hundreds of residential properties direct from lenders and have renovated and either sold or rented them. EquiSource has developed its own software to track all foreclosures in Clark County and have years of experience underwriting and acquiring residential properties with significant potential. Our sister company, EquiSource Real Estate acts as broker and holds a property management license.
EquiSource has purchased dozens of non-performing loans secured by select service hotels in the Western US. These investments are either worked out with the current owner/borrower, or foreclosed on. Properties that go to foreclosure are typically renovated, stabilized and sold.
Although land has largely been shunned by real estate investors over the past several years, the principals at EquiSource have found and purchased a handful of promising land opportunities. These deals have ranged from developed lots in Henderson, to land on the south Las Vegas Strip, to 25 acres of unimproved land in North Las Vegas.
The company has owned and managed several industrial buildings since 2010.
EquiSource has invested in six neighborhood retail centers in Arizona and Nevada, all of which required significant improvements and renovations.
The company is a partner in 100 unit luxury condominium project that was acquired through bankruptcy. This marquee property was stalled during construction and was completed and later sold.
